CrossFit North London (CFNL) is located in an epic 2 story, facility and is London’s biggest CrossFit gym boasting 3 incredible training rooms

Gerard Andrews is the founding coach of NLSC and qualified as a CrossFit coach in Idaho, US in 2012. He is one of only 1% of all CrossFit coaches worldwide that holds the Certified CrossFit L3 qualification.

Gerard is also a Corrective Exercise and injury specialist with over 20 years experience. He is also a certified Neurokinetic Therapist and runs an injury clinic within the gym.

Gerard is the Head Coach at NLSC and oversees the running of the gym, develops the training programs and strives to give each member a memorable experience every time they attend.

CFNL has a vibrant strong community who regularly compete in or host competitions and social events.
